Outer Bottle Design: the outer bottle of Double Wall Airless Pouch Bottle is equipped with ventilation holes, which are connected to the inner cavity of the outer bottle. This design ensures that the air pressure inside and outside the outer bottle remains balanced during the shrinkage of the inner bottle, preventing the inner bottle from deforming or breaking.

Inner Bottle Function: The inner bottle shrinks as the filler decreases. This self-priming design ensures that the product inside the bottle is fully utilised during use, ensuring that every drop of product can be used effectively and minimising waste.

1. Select Product and Get Primary Quotation
Customers can select from our range of products and receive an initial quotation. The more detailed the requirements, the more precise the quotation we can provide. We will provide detailed quotation information based on the customer’s requirements.

2. Check the Stock Samples
We generally provide several sets of free samples. Customers need to provide a courier account for freight collect or pay the shipping fee. If the sample requested exceeds the standard, a fee may be charged.

3. Sample Order
This stage involves the customization of samples according to the customer’s specific design/artwork.

4. Purchase Order
After confirming the samples and corresponding prices/quantities, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). The customer needs to place a Purchase Order (PO) and sign back the sample confirmation, and pay the deposit.

5. Production
Before mass production, if the customer requires, we will provide a pre-production sample (PPS) for final confirmation.

6. Quality Inspection and Shipping
After completing the bulk production, we will conduct a quality inspection. Customers can also arrange for a third-party inspection company to check the goods. Based on EXW terms, after passing the inspection, we will notify the customer to pay the balance, and the customer will arrange for a freight forwarder to pick up the goods.
