Ocean plastic is plastic waste that is not properly managed and is discarded in the environment where it will be transported into the ocean by rain, wind, tides, rivers, floods. Ocean-wrapped plastic originates on land and does not include voluntary or involuntary litter from marine activities.
Ocean plastics are recycled through five key steps: collection, sorting, cleaning, processing and advanced recycling.
The numbers on plastic items are actually codes designed to facilitate recycling, so they can be recycled accordingly. You can figure out what kind of plastic it is by looking at the recycling symbol on the bottom of the container.
Among them, the polypropylene plastic can be safely reused. It is tough, lightweight, and has excellent heat resistance. It has good chemical resistance and physical properties, able to protect cosmetics from pollution and oxidation. In cosmetics, it is usually used in packaging containers, bottle caps, sprayers, etc.
